How high and fast can the air hogs hawk eye fly?

Ok i dont care what catagory its in
Before I got out of the Air Force, we were doing studies on this very subject. It seems that with the right batteries, lithium, it can fly upwards of 6 miles, that's right, all the way up to the stratosphere. While it lacked weapons platforms, it was suitable for spy missions. Later, they mounted solar panels on it and used rechargeable batteries to obtain unlimited flight time. The speed was somewhat of a concern as it was unable to out maneuver air to air missiles and chafes were not a plausible option at that time.
