We ordered this product to help in a revamping of our exercise program, and it is absolutely nice in that mission. The system assembles very easily and quickly; quarter-hour or much less in the event you lay the elements out. There are [two] main assemblies, and also you just connect the seat and put the 2 items together. In motion, the gadget is smooth and quiet, and it may give you an excellent workout in a comparatively brief interval of time. The electronics package is nice; the only problem some might have is that altering rowing resistance would not seem to change the calorie count.
The only downside we had was with Amazon in shipping. That is shipped in [two] boxes however for some cause Amazon appears to lose sight of that reality by itself tracking. If the two bins develop into separated (which ours did) and only one is delivered, they present standing as "delivered". I known as customer service to try to get them to help with the opposite field and so they frequently insisted that the order was one box and was complete. Lastly they gave me the U.S.premier delivery contact but did not tell me I would want their shipper quantity to make use of it! The other box lastly arrived after about five emails to them, [two] calls to UPS and one call to Amazon. It is definitely worth the wait, though. This is a really nice rowing machine!
UPDATE:
We've used the rower for over a month now and so I've some notions of the way it works. First, it is deceptive whenever you start rowing for the primary time as a result of the hassle level seems gentle so you are likely to crank it as much as 4 or 5 (the highest). Don't do that except you're in decent form otherwise you'll bonk pretty quickly. What appears to work finest is to begin off rowing for about 10 minutes at about 25 or so strokes per minute in response to the timer, at a 1 or 2 level. While you see how you may do, you can then increase time, stroke depend, and energy level. When it comes to subjective effort, every leap of 1 in effort stage appears to provde the equal of about a 10% increase in stroke count. When I go up in effort level, I will drop my stroke depend 10% until I am used to the brand new one. When you're not a younger athlete (which I am certainly not) then you will most likely find 15-25 minutes of rowing at a tempo of about 27 strokes per minute a good exercise at level 2 or 3.
This machine undoubtedly gives the most concentrated workout of something I've used. In 20 minutes I'm sweating big time!

It isn't just the cable that needs to be changed- you also have to add a gyro. If you also want a front brake you'll also need a hollow bolt stem or hollow star nut.
Not every bike can have a gyro installed but I assume you know that yours can.
It takes about an 1 1/2 hours of labor to install the gyro, plus the cost of parts. This will amount to somewhere between $60 and $100 depending on which gyro you choose. If you need a new stem or star nut you should add another $15-$20 plus parts.
